Massimo Pilati est professeur à l’University of Modena and Reggio Emilia et SDA Bocconi School of Management, Milan. Il est aussi membre de la faculté du programme de doctorat en management à l’Université Alma Mater de Bologne.
Ses principaux intérêts de recherche portent sur les impact du pratique du gestion des ressources humaines sur les attitudes et comportements individuelles.
